A matter of balance at the Lubbock Adult Activity Center

Are you worried about your balance or afraid of falling? Look no further! The Lubbock Adult Activity Center, 2001 19th Street, is partnering with the South Plains Association of Governments to offer a Balance Matters class that will help you strengthen your muscles to gain balance.
